About Pack 223 and How to Join!

Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 223 located in West Linn!

What do Steven Spielberg, Neil Armstrong and Mike Rowe (Host of Dirty Jobs) have in common?  They were all Scouts!  They earned the title of Eagle Scout which has been earned by over 2 million other youth.

About Boy Scouts of America

The Scouts BSA is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

For a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The BSA believes and, through nearly a century of experience, knows that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society.

Pack 223 is a family pack that welcomes boys and girls to join in on the scouting fun.  The Pack is very active and conducts fun, family-oriented activities year-round.  We are sponsored by the West Linn Lions, and typically meet once a month.

Our Annual Activities include Camp-Outs, Pinewood Derby, Service Projects, Blue and Gold Celebration, Scouting for Food, Scout Sporting Events,  End of Year BBQ, and much more!

Our Pack is made up of Dens for 1st - 5th grade boys and girls.  Dens are a smaller group of boys or girls of the same age / grade and usually meet once or twice a month.  Our annual dues are $70.
